Thank you for your purchase of Positive Reflections Gear products. Our mission is to give ten times more than what we expect in return which includes customer service. If you should feel the need to return or exchange any products, please see our policy outlined below or feel free to contact customer service.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. Please note that all returns must be received by Positive Reflections Gear prior to receiving a refund, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the requested merchandise is unavailable. All pending exchange orders will be processed immediately after receiving the merchandise and proper paperwork. The balance, if any, will be charged at this time, and the requested replacement merchandise will be shipped with the courier of our choice at no extra charge. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS PROCESS:
Please pack your exchange or return in the original packaging if possible along with a copy of the original receipt/invoice and a note letting us know why you are returning the merchandise along with your name, addresses, telephone number and email address. If you are exchanging an item, please include the item and size in which you are requesting to replace the original merchandise. Send all exchanges and returns to the following address:

Please note that our address will not accept C.O.D. deliveries, so please ensure that the proper postage is affixed to the package.
Also it is important to include a return address. All packages received without a return address on the outside of the package will not be accepted due to safety concerns, and therefore will not be refunded or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
If you received PRG merchandise as a gift and do not have the original receipt/invoice, you will need to call customer service at simone6i@positivereflectionsgear.com or 919-272-4001. We do not accept returns without the invoice number. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise we will follow the same process as listed above per your request of an exchange or return. Please note that the same process of refunding monies also applies; refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.
